I LOVE the bottom left character the legs are really original when combined with the upper body you have on the character! also like the top right one, but recon that one or two of the others look a little bit "Spawn"esque. Am really feeling the hovering thing goin on though!

They all look really good, I would go for the first one, lots of details and a great overall shape and anatomy. But I do like the armor of the 3rd one, my tip is to “combine their strength”, giving the anatomy of the first one and some of the armor of the third one.

They all look really good, great work so far, keep it up.

Even if not for the contest I will surely finalize that one. I’ll use the armor, if not as it is maybe a slight variation. Thanks for you suggestion.

I am not very fond of the centaur concept, I generally don’t like this type of design but that’s just personal preference…
I love those spikey bits on the 2nd dude’s legs and of course the scythe.
Interesting face and feet design (Orang Utan?) on the 3rd!

I didn’t make a lot of centaur type characters and I thought I’d give it a try - it’s a mix of lion, reptilian and some sort of black devil with long black arms, holding some high desity smoke in his hands. The spikes will definitely be used. And yeah, some sort of big monkey feet, but a bit weirder and they have small claws.

It’s a great thing to see you guys asking about the rest of the work. It really means a great deal to me; but unfortunately I regret to inform you that I decided to retreat because I couldn’t finish in time. I got in a bit late, and there were other tasks pulling me in different directions; in the end I think it was all about bad prioritizing and I learned a big lesson these days.

There is nothing lost, I won big time and I’m sure everyone of you did. DW3 was without any shadow of a doubt a special experience and I’m convinced you feel the same. I’m grateful for the characters that I created and which exist thanks to this great CG movement that everyone of you helped creating. I’ll make sure they will be given the proper respect and will be finished. I’m even planning to start modeling some of them - so if you hang around these forums you will definitely stumble upon my website and you’ll find them. But if you’d like to make sure you’ll find them, you can drop me a PM with your email adress and I’ll let you know when my webpage is up.
