Great sketches so far! Some of them feel a bit like they’re tending towards the techno, which I imagine you would want to avoid. For example, the headpieces in #17, 24, and 25. I like the headpieces on #9 and 11 because they cut an interesting silhouette, but 21 is nice just 'cause I like the goggles, which really say post-apocalyptic well.

As for clothing, I like #6, 18, #20, and #25. #8 too if you covered up her cleavage. Generally, myself, I like the ones that are functional without being too blatantly revealing (and impractical in battle) - Either do the scantily-clad maiden thing and strip her down to a bikini, or give her something functional with not all that much skin showing… in my opinion. :slight_smile: Anyhow, great pics so far, looking forward to seeing where you go with 'em!

Hey, gotta agree with the drawing style, really nice!

Think that some of the designs are tending towards a powersword look but if you can get maybe more of a ‘crafted’ look to it instead, i reckon you’re on your way to an awesome concept!

you got any ideas for poses yet!?

good work with the thumbs isaac! A lot of great options. I think I like 5 the best though! it has some of the more unique shapes, as compared to the rest.

I like:
6, 8, 9, 16, 18, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 29. Usually I’m for the more functional less “bikini with armor” style of fantasy. You can still make a sexy character without showing skin. Sometimes “sexiness” is from the pose, the face, and the general attitude rather than the titillation of seeing cleavage etc.

But there’s still something to be said for just fun character designs that don’t have to be “functional”. So either way I think will work!

I’d say my least favorites are:
1, 12, and 13…

But really they’re all great designs! Can’t wait to see the progression!

Well, they’re all superb. Your line work is outstanding. If i had to plump for one above the others, i think i’d go for 19 - something really scarab-like about her armour.

Really interesting :scream: I liked the last three set of swords more mechanical look and kind of tell the story of 1000 year after the technology is gone … liked the way they function:wise:

I like the function of the sixth one but I also like the look of the second blade. Except the handle on the second one feels a little to thin. Nice concepts and linework :smiley:
