Hi everyone!
This is my caracter…for the moment:

#2

Damn, this is going to be good!
I’ll stick my eyes on on this one:wip:

#3

…and some new sketches:

#4

This is looking hot. Excited to see some things modeled out.

#5

This is a really good 2d entry, I think the only problem is it looks almost robotic. The rules say it needs to be organic. This could be his armour but Id try to make it specular so it looks like exposed muscle. Really astounding work.

#6

Wow I’m enjoying a lot to see how your skeches become more and more solid, the face is great too!

I think the body is still in the organic side, but if that becomes a problem you could just soften some of the sharp angles like in the front of his torso.
I like it very much:thumbsup:

Wow, that’s got a really striking silhouette. Great illos so far! I do really see Airflow’s point: The early sketches are very organic, but that last head shot does feel very mechanical. But some colored renders could help a lot, especially if you keep it muscley, as he suggested. But overall, very cool so far! Keep going…

Thanks for your advices, guys. It’s true, the drawings are not very explicit…yet. Until I’ll post new things, here is the “story behind the character”.
He lives in a perfect simbiosa with a magic three, which grows on his back. He forms the armor, the helmet and the spear. After all, this three is “The Artefact Weapon”.

I like your new drawings very much. The portrait shot is very monumental. As the other fellows said earlier, probably some tree textures would clarify his vegetation nature.

Very interesting concept - the symbiotic connection of nature and man. I wish people in the real world lived this way as well

#10

what a creative mind  looks very nice, I like very much the movement in the last one.

#11

Wow, thats sick! some crazy stuff here, good job man. I’ll be watching your progress

#12

like others have said he is a very cool character bu looks kind of robotic perhaps some exposed parts would do the trick.

#13

…and a few visual links:

#14

Cool stuff… like the style of forms concepted.

#15

I like your updated version very much, especially the upper area. The face looks great also, now that it’s more explicit. I would like to see the shinyness of the surface a bit toned down and probably less line fragmentation. The pose could also be improved, elongating his legs a bit, would surely help imo. Keep it up!

#16

Hey, great character design and good definition. I like the shape too… cool work!

#18

Congratulations for making it in time. As I already told you the other day, these are very good and I like all of them. The textures and the chromatics are also very well chosen.

Good Luck!
