Hi all, I hope the clicking goes well.
I was wondering if there is a quick way to link all attributes of one nParticle to another. I tried nParticleShape2 = nParticleShape1 in the expression editor to see if it were that easy; alas, no. I want to create near identical nParticle emitters on two planes next to each other, and as I tweak one, I’d like those settings to transfer across. All bar the instance rotation, which I’d need to be 180° from the other, and I thought I could make a second expression to flip that.
I created the first plane and emitter and tweaked it, and then I duplicatedSpecial the plane with an offset. Maybe it would be easier from the beginning, but I’d hate to go through all the tweaks to recreate what I’ve found. It would be cool if there were a copy nParticle attributes, which I could then paste onto the new one…
Any clues, thoughts, etc., are much appreciated.
Thanks
Neil
