I recently had Dreamscape installed with Afterburn and Enlight. I wanted the tutorial files so I went back to my Dreamscape installation and selected just tutorials and installed. I opened 3dsmax 2010 x64 (and x86 version) gave me errors and told me to reinstall. I reinstalled all the programs which work except Dreamscape because it simply won’t install. Whenever I try to install Dreamscape I’ll hit next and the installation will close or it will show it installing very quick then close which I think is just the tutorial files. My guess is that it’s somehow stuck on installing just tutorial files? Also if I try to uninstall I get this message…
Please insert disk 1 that contains the file Setup.ini
it looks for this file
C:\Users\BLEDAD~1\AppData\Local\Temp\pftC2B4~tmp
If I close out of the error message, the installation closes. Any ideas or suggestions?
(I tried safe mode(s), system restore and it didn’t work)
Also, Does anyone know where the heck the tutorial files are for the SitniSati programs (enlight, afterburn, fumeFX, dreamscape). I tried looking under Help or tutorials in 3dsmax 2010 x64+x86
