double translate

I’m having trouble finding out if it’s a double translate problem or something else.
When I grab the stretchy torso part of my bucky rig and translate up or down the arm flyies off to the side. see attachment.
I’ve turned on and off inherit transforms for all major groups under the shoulder, one at a time to no avail. I’m quite confused…
Got any insights in to why it’s happening?

I would want to take a look at the heirarchy, as any number of things could be happening. It sounds like something is not parented correctly.
