Dont understand the over node

Hi,
sorry about this stupid question but:
i have to put an image over a second image. The first one has a quickshape mask. But the area of the forground image is always too bright. When selecting the premultiplied button the forground disappears.

What happens?

in the file in node turn on auto alpha
