Are you a Digital Production Manager? We’re looking for one to join our Art Department!

You Can

Oversee development and production in the Art Department with the Executive Creative Director and Producer to establish best workflows, scheduling, working practice and allocation of resources
Work closely with the Executive Creative Director, Producer, and CG Supervisor to determine milestones, deliverables, and scope of project
Maintain and delegate schedules to all *artists while also taking into account all vacation requests
Assist with any potential staffing needs, changes, and developments as each project progresses
Manage Daily Goals by maintaining, publishing, and communicating information regarding creative and production notes and changes in planned work and priorities for Artists
Oversee the setup of project-specific production needs including view stations, war rooms, etc.
Take responsibility for end of project wrap up
Collaborate with our Melbourne team to ensure communication, workflow, milestones, and goals are being kept and updated as needed
Organize and attend project post mortems to ramp up for the next project and use best practices

You Have

3-5+ years in animation and/or VFX coordination for feature films or TV projects
Bachelors Degree in related field
Extensive knowledge in Google Software including Google Sheets, Calendar, and Gmail
Experience with Ftrack or other related project management software
Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
A deep understanding of the animation and VFX pipeline and software
The ability to think outside of the box to assist in delivery of a project in the best possible manner
