-- Digital Fusion 4 --
All information regarding Digital Fusion 4.0 will be released at Siggraph.
Keep an “eye on” our website during July 23-25 for a list of features.
digitalfusion is great.
4 has a new cache feature…
4 coupled with a couple of render nodes. is bascially like a flame…
and will give shake a huge run for it’s money…
if you get to play with 4…
the ideal system is a 4 gig ram system with fast gigabyte network.
with 8 or 9 render nodes… 2 duals are just fine.
with the new cacheing features in 4… your talking realtime… 2k plates!!
its sweet.
alot of nice improvements… specifically to ram.
like
ok fusion only use 80% of availble memory…
read no more crashes…!! i wish 3d programs did that more.
