Dielectric Material Renders Black

I have a snowglobe where I am using dielectric for the glass. Some frames render fine and others, the glass is black. I have read other peoples previous posts regarding this and have tried everything. Please help.

mia x materials does not render my particle simulation through it, so I cannot use that shader. (Specifically, the cloud (s/w) particle.)

Maybe try to reverse the normals of your object, and raise the number of max rays in the raytracing section of the rendering panel.

Unfortunately I have tried that. It only renders black when the camera moves. While the camera is still, the glass renders fine.
