Dialogue scene (blocking stage) wip

I’ve decided to try animating a dialogue scene and its more challenging than other animations I’ve done. this is my 1st time animating dialogue, so once again i’ll really appreciate it if u guys can help crit my work. its in its blocking stage and i just want to make sure everything is in the right place before going further. it feels like a lot is wrong with it, even though i film myself and used it as a reference but i’ll let you be the judge. please comment on even the smallest and most obvious stuff cause you might see it and i might have missed it. thanks in advance

Hi Joefu!
I think that there is too much arm waving going on in this shot, it feels like with every dialogue beat an arm is being waved. So maybe try and think of something different to do in a few places.
