The animation in very good, i like the face animation. As Matthew said, it’s hilarious.
Some feedback: I think the first pose is a little to symmetrical in the legs area. (People do nasty stuff when they stand like that :)))) ). Maybe a knee on the ground, or something like that. Also, you have to do something with his left hand at the beginning, it’s not moving at all. Even the knee is moving underneath it a little, but the hand is staying perfectly still. Maybe when he is getting it to his throat, have a little anticipation and push the knee with his hand a little outside.
I love the arcs in the right arm but when he gets the flower away from his face, for 1 or 2 frames he stops his hand and then he continues his motion. I don’t know if that would have looked better, maybe you tried that first, i just threw an idea 
.
