Stripinis discusses how modo was his “swiss army knife” in a suite of CG tools, props and other content that were used daily to provide Cameron with a real-time environment to plan scenes in intricate detail. The challenges and deep benefits of this real-time approach to film-making are monumental, even beyond the obvious implications for visual effects.
