I made a Coca Cola bottle this weekend in 3ds max and I added water droplets on it, but something bugs me about the water droplets located over the label. They appear to be black, but shouldn’t they be reddish or white where the name is?

I’m using mental ray to render, with caustics enabled and custom Arch and Design materials.
For the water material, I put diffuse at 0.0, Reflectivity and Transparency to 1.0, with high glossiness in both cases. All the color are set to pure white and IOR is 1.33, pretty standard for water.
The droplets seem OK on the rest of the bottle, so anyone has a suggestion why they look so dark on the sticker?
Please note that rendering takes quite some time, so I’ll try everything suggested, but it might take a while to respond.

Maybe it’s shadow casting?
Try disabling shadow casting and maybe also exclude them from GI calculations.

Yes, it was the shadows. A friend made the same suggestion maybe an hour after I posted here, and it did fix everything. Thanks!
