Customize menus SNAFU

i was messing around with customize interface and need help getting back to normal.

it seems the Main Menu Bar on top of my screen with File, Edit, Animation, Scripting etc… has disappeared.

and restore Default workspace doesn’t bring it back

is there a way to get it back?

can’t remember exactly but rclick somewhere near the title bar>Show Menu?

thanks to all … yes that worked… actually it kind of half worked. i was still missing buttons such as select, transform, rotate etc…

in the end i renamed my ENU file which created me a new ENU. this ended up working
