Custom Rigs Problem - 3ds Max:

Dear Friends…

I rigged a character in 3ds max, and made a walk and run walk cycle.
I want to make a scene in which the character walk from right to left then stop and look to the camera and then turn then run toward the camera.

The problems:
1- How to repeat the walk and run cycles as many time as i wish ? if i used the out of range loops in the track views , i won’t be able to add key frames.
2- If i load an animation to the track view but the character was in a different position and orientation, will the loaded animation work on the character local coordinates (i.e. the forward shall be in the +ve y direction instead of -ve x direction when the animation was stored)

I was doing this with biped with the motion flow and it was ok - but how this shall be done with custom rigs ?

Regards…

Hum… Lets see here.

Lets say you animated a walk cycle in 30 frames, save the animation now go to frame 30 and load the animation and use the options “RELATIVE” and insert at frame 30 and let me know how that works.

Okay i will try.
Do i understand right, that you need me to save an animation of the transform tracks after collapsing them to keyframes ?

Also how can i make him walk-stop-run?
