CS4 Anyway to Import image instead of drag and drop ?

Hey guys,

Im working alot with layers lately and I was wondering if there was a way to simply import image to my already open canvas instead of having to drag+Shift drop every time i need it in my current canvas.

Anyone know of any ways to do this ?
