Creative Extension Group Select and Operator

Does anyone know how to use this, or could anyone point me in the right direction. I have found all kinds of threads on the creativity extensions new tools but now that I have it I have no idea how to actually use them. Is there any documentation?

There is a help file installed with the Creativity Extension. Help > Additional Help > Creativity Extension.
