I’m looking for some software (or Maya script/plugin) for creating heightmaps of elevated terrain (big scale - like mountain ranges and such). I want it to either be fully-automated, or semi-automated.
I know that I can just paint it manually in Photoshop, or sculpt some terrain, but I’m not interested in that at this point: I want speed and randomization.
