Creating Text

Need any ideas on creating text. With help have been able in open an ai file and select the curves and extrude the curves. How can I close the front and the back face??

How do you reverse the polygon faces which are facing the wrong direction??

Still don’t know about closing the faces, but to reverse the Poly direction, select the Poly(s) and hit ‘F’ (flip).

select the edges (it is important to select it in a circle) and hit “p” to close.

to “reverse” a polygon just hit “f” (polygon menu --> flip).

I tried closeing the face like you suggested. It does not work with the letter “P”. The surface get distorted??

Can anyone tell me what is the situation with illustrators eps when it comes in there is no face on the polygon and if I select the polygon and press “p” I get a dodgy sharp looking character, very weird on characters that are curved.
