creating custom head with poser

Hi everybody, i would like to know how easy for a beginer to create a custom female human head with custom hair In POSER, just like attachements.
i’m a 3dsmax viz user.

It is fairly simple if it is what is in the pictures you posted. The hair will still need to be modeled or purchased. But the face room is accommodating and there are good tutorials to draw from out there for the face room in poser. The other way is too do what they call a dial spin model that is done mainly with a base morph and then tweaked to desired look. Limited answer but I hope it helps with your question.
