Creating a realistic overhead projector effect

Hey!

I am trying to create the effect mentioned in the title.
Quite new to AE so any help would be awsome.

Just trying to project and shape som light against a wall in a 3d scene in AE. Is it possible?

Create the light, create the layer, set the layer to 3D, enable shadows and tweak the light transmission - instant gel/ gobo.
