Countingh in milliseconds to sync

Hello!
I am making a 2d animation for a song in after effect.

I have a comp (25fps) of 8 photos of a person walking which I loop in the main composition and I need him to walk to the rhythm of the song.

The beat of the song is every 50 milliseconds.

For now the comp is 120ms and the animation gets off beat after a while, when I try to make the comp last 100ms it just won’t take the numbers…

I need to know how to make the loop last 100 or 150 milliseconds.

any ideas?
