Corel's broken checkout system

Is anyone else having problems with Corel’s checkout system?

I am trying to purchase Corel Painter X3 however, after logging in, clicking Buy Box version and trying to perform secure checkout, their website ALWAYS return the following:

You’d think they would fix a major bug like this years ago but they haven’t.

I don’t want to purchase over the phone.

I downloaded the demo & purchased from the software when you open it. I had no issues.

Did you purchase the digital version or the box version?

I want the box version.

When did you purchase it?

Which country did you purchase it in?

Did the in software purchase let you choose box or digital download version or do you mean you purchase a valid activation key?

Hi,

I did an online purchase from the demo I downloaded and I’m from Canada. I didn’t get a boxed version. I then got an email with the license key & download instructions. I got it when it came out a month ago or so.

Alright, got it working :slight_smile:

I decided to try the checkout process but this time, I created a new account instead of logging into my previous account, during the checkout process.

Somehow it worked :slight_smile:

I’m not sure why my previous account didn’t work. I used the same personal details.
