Im doing a portrait on Corel and I feel very lost when it comes down to the wrinkles on the clothing and the face. Is there a step by step way to do it ? because Im just slaping paint here and there and it doesnt look right. I feel confuse and maybe I need to do more planning than I thought. When it comes to toning it, i get very disoragnize. This is my first time painting on corel, so i guess these kinds of problems are bound to happen. any suggestion ?

You should post an example of what you’re doing when asking questions like this, so we can see what you’re doing wrong. Otherwise, it’s very hard to give you advice that’s beyond “learn the basics of observations and rendering values, and look at the sticky threads for all the great tutorials and Loomis books.”
