Convert after effects comps from 30 fps -> 24 fps

We have a whole bunch of after effects templates the a client needs that were all created at 30 fps. Now they require them at 24 fps.

Anyone have a good method for doing this?
Have tried
http://www.videocopilot.net/tutorials/frame_rate_converter/
but still get a lot of problems.

Anyone know of another way.

What kind of problems?

Frame blending artifacts.
PreComps shortening in time length.

Was just wondering as we are looking at recreating everything at 24 fps from 3D all the way through.
Just going to be time consuming.
