Hi all,
I’m currently scouting around for a talented artist to collaborate on an
upcoming treatment for an extremely high profile video.
All I need are some bief storyboard frames to accompany the pitch and maybe a couple of more fully developed pieces of concept art to convey the mood and colour palette. Unfortunately, this being but a treatment, I am unable to offer
payment unless the video actually gets commissioned, and I hope whoever is
interested in this position understands this since I am not paid for this
either. However, I would like this to be the start of a longer term collaborative effort and I really do believe this is a very valuable opportunity which could lead to many
fruitful projects.
I can’t divulge who the video is for, but suffice to say this isn’t a bog
standard performance vid and the emphasis is firmly on the more abstract and
artisitic side of music videos. The current ideas I have aim to convey a sense of marriage between the organic and the technological, natural beats vs elctronics, which is very much what this artist’s music is about. Other words that come to mind would be introvert vs extrovert, intimate yet ecstatic, fierce with a degree of femininity (the artist in question is a woman).
