Component Editor wierd in 2012

Hi there.

In Maya 2009 if you adjust Values with the slider of the CompEd the values will be modified relativ.
In 2012 if you move the slider all Values will be flattened absolutly to one value. This is not what i want and what a former Maya would do.
If you want to do that you insert a value by hand to all the cells

Even the Input Field down left is grey out.

Maybe i have to turn something on/off?
