Hello everyone!
I have created a car paint combining a ramp texture and a blinn reflective coat using a layer shader in maya 2012.
I have had some issues with my lighting and I have been adviced using a mia_material_x as my wax coat so I can use its fresnel reflexion parameters; and my problems start at this point.
It seems that the layerd shader can only take the mia material x in its color, transparency and glow using the connection editor.
How can I combine a ramp texture with a reflective mia material x?
