If we have to make ‘just a ship and a sea’ completely in 3D, the real ‘cinematographic aspect’ will be lost. Which would be a bit sad, as we now have a fanclub with 14 members already (read: 14 extras :wink: ).

We’ll see! Roberto will manage it, especially when you know that ‘he has been strugling with the idea for more than a year’, isn’t it?

And also: I myself would still better like a Pirates-challenge in which we can incorperate live-action stuff (unless full 3D is also… cool :wink: ). Maybe 2 ways; do if via 100% 3D, or via VFX & Live action?

Hey roberto plz keep both live action + 3D(but it should be realistic)…maybe i will take digi cam
on rent… :smiley:

But one month?? wasn’t it one month for last challange? if u won’t extend deadline and all would wanna submit before one month deadline then i don’t see any problem.

Two months is a long time to live for a VFX challenge… I’d rather have just a month, and then do a shorter shot.

Of course, to this the obvious reply would be “you don’t need to use the full two months if you don’t want to, just use one”.

But, my reply to that is that I want to keep up with the rest, I don’t want to fall behind. :wink:

Either way, I think I’m in!
