Cloud Velocity, Key Animation still not working

Hi Guys,

my problems is, i can’t set a keys for Velocity and rate of change in the cloud animation options…all other cloud options i can controlling in the timeline .
I would like to create a smooth stop for my cloud timelaps animation.
