Cloner random effector with falloff recreate in X-Particles?

Hello, i want to do similar thing as i can do in C4D with Cloner object and bunch of Effectors (Random Effector with falloff) as i animate the falloff the effects is just inside this falloff container and if clones leaves this area it gets to its original position…

I trully hard tried to do it within X-Particles… Using fields, modifiers like turbulence with combination of Inheritance but none of this worked for me in way i like to… The particles once are affected by turbulence or so are just affected and even falloffs dont help… Please any advice?
