Clip cuve problem

Hey guys. I just started learning ZBrush and I have a problem with Clip Curve brush. Te deal is that it clips right, but it leaves these polygons

so i dont know how to fix it. Can you help me, please?

Fixed that by ctrl+alt+left click outside the geometry.
