cleaning green in Digital fusion

A question about Digital Fusion:

We Have live footage that was shot on a green screen. We have no problem cleaning the green and changing it into an alpha channel but here’s our problem:

The footage has fields. When trying to eliminate the footage with the fields we get an “unclean” cut of the person against the BG. attached is an image with what I’m talking about…please advise.

we’r stupid !!!

we render in JPG!!! not in TGA , and jpg doesn’t suppurt
fields
