Clan member - need your help finalize propject

hi world :bowdown:

without making this complicated, in short i need feedback and some help in certain areas, such as shader settings or techniques. i started this project with a focus on learning new things and refine existing workflows .

32bit displacement
the thing is, i dont get them to work right on rendertime. i followed maxdepths excellent video tutorial. my map seems to be too dark. granted i dont have heavy details but the eyes are totally not where they should be if you compare the zbrush sculpt with the render. should i increase the subdivisions on my low poly

skin shader
im using the vray skin material for my japanese male bust. i dont know if its just the skinshader that doesnt make the details pop. should i feed each scatter channel with a texture (shallow, medium and deep scatter)? i created a slightly redish map based on my albedo. blurred as well.

Are you sure those eyes are that far away from each other?

thanks. indeed after doing some searching, my eyes are a tad off :wink: can u help me with the displacement?
