Hey peeps.
This is an animation I created in Cinema 4D.

A lot of the jobs I do professionally are all about industrial / engineering animations, so I really wanted to flex my muscles with a far more fun and creative piece. Especially so, considering I realised it had been over 6 years since I had worked on any ‘‘passion project’’.

I was aiming to blaze through this animation as fast as possible. For too long had I procrastinated over ideas, which just continually grew in scope to epic proportions, yet never got done…
With this I was aiming to do something simple, easy and FAST.
There is Geurilla film making, well I guess this would be Geurilla Animation :slight_smile:
I didn’t storyboard, I only had a vague idea of the plot. Most of what you see in this was made up on the fly literally keyframe by keyframe.

So yeah… It’s a little rough around the edges, but I tried using that to my aesthetical advantage! :slight_smile:

I dont like very much the montage (too long), but I like the design of the protagonist and the scenario. Nice job.

Yeah, I think there is definitely some pacing issues with it. I was in such a hurry to just wack this out, I think that was what suffered the most.
Even I find myself skipping some parts when I re-watch it, which is never a good sign!
But great that you liked character! Very encouraging to hear :slight_smile:
