character studio and motion mixer

Im trying to animate a biped with .bip files:

No one seems to know the answer to my problem so im looking for a good tutorial on character studio and motion mixer. These links in the sticky are down:

and the sticky is a bit outdated. Most the googled pages i find are more about features and alot are broken links. Thanks in advance to anyone who helps =).
