Character & Scene Rendering separately

Hey all,

for my current project i created a scene, kind of a lounge/bar,
with some walk-through animation with longer breaks.

Now i’d like to add some character in there. I want to take from
Poser. Can i import these characters in max? (mesh + animation + texture)?

Can i render the scene and the character separately and put them
together in postproduction?

What would be the most reasonable way? (fastest + most variable)?

You can import these characters from poser to max.

Mesh and animation will be ok,but i don’t know what about the texture…

The texture of imported models from poser are not currect.

But the poser use the pelt mapping.you can use this texture in max with this method but you must pay a lot a your time.
