Character Rigging and FBX export

Hi all,

I’m new on this forum. I working on a character rigging for Unity3D with 3DSMax. I’m not a good 3D designer (I’m Computer Scientist). As i need for future experiments a clone of my boss. I try to made it with 3DSMAX supported by BonyFace and Autoweight script. As Auto weight script worked not very well on my model, I made some corrections on skin modifier.
All is good in 3DSMax until i try to export in FBX (for Unity3D). All the rigging fall and made my character really creepy. I don’t know if you have any idea to help me, but any suggestion must help.
Here is a capture on left my model before export, right after export.
