Character Picker has stopped appearing.

Hi guys- I’ve got a real doozy here - the gui picker for a character I have been working with has mysteriously stopped appearing. I can click the button I made, or type it in in the script editor - the border of Maya flashes as though it’s doing something, but no GUI.

I first suspected it was somewhere off the screen, but changing to a bunch of different screen resolutions didn’t bring it out from hiding. I also reinstalled Maya, to no avail! The script is where it should be… I can’t understand how it’d stop working all the sudden!

Also the char I am using is being reffed in, if that is helpful to know.

Deleting prefs fixed it! :smiley:

yeah sounds like it ‘dropped’ off screen. deleting the windowPrefs.mel should fix it (that way no need to delete entire prefs folder :))
