Slux, you have a good point. But then again Okmer also have skulls in his version of logotype as well, but nobody complained. So i tried something with sculls as wel, since my character will be the dark one. But it seems like it wasn’t such a good idea OK further there will be no skulls

Inspired by Eirenicon’s work made this quicky.
The right upper one might be a bit too much “tattoo”…

  But i do agree and think that using simply the CGS logo as it is would be the best.
  It's simple, it's clear and you can use it on all supports.Painted, scarved, bumped, etc...
  
  Do we have to respect the white,red colors of the logo?or can we put it scarved in a sword for exemple?...

so i just gave it a few minutes. nothing close to the almost finished looking designs above. my intent was to simplify a little and get DomWar III somehow in it. i did also like the sword/dagger idea from some of the earlier designs.

Prayas that’s really cool, a great design goes in my top 3 along with aeonseraph’s bottom left pic and Okmer’s CG skulls ‘n’ sword. It’s a tough choice.

@ laber the protection on the handle actually serves a function.

@ REKLAS that’s what i’m doing right now. give me some minutes to make a logo out of the sketch. right now it was just rough paper sketch with some color slabbed on in PS.

thanks to everyone working at this logo design. I’m lovin the teamwork and the designs i’ve seen. I think i’ll throw up a few ideas of my own later tonight. (PST) But i have a few comments…

@prayas - i think i like the original long one better. i do like that this new one is beat up though. maybe add some wings…everyone seems to be into that.

@aeonseraph - thanks for all the designs and input. I’m not too sure about the dragonhead looking letters though.

I love the first concept of your logo Prayas! I think it looks great in it’s simplicity. All the attention and effort is going to be going into character design, so I feel that a simple logo that gets the point across but still looks great is all that we need y’know? Great stuff.

I THink this is what we need, all this skulls, knifes, tattoo and etc already used a lot.
Here is good combination of logo and event for what we will fight all this time:)
But my suggestion its work more with letters C and G, right now its not so strong.

I like the updates prayas, that’s really nice. There are a lot of good options for logos on this thread, no matter what we pick, I think it will be a winner! Good job everyone.
