Hi! I never participated in any mini challenge here, so I hope I have done right.

Ok. This is clearly a conspiratory theme forcing me to not turn in a black and white sketch for once… I will oblige. Started as an abstract attempt at anything with blue colors and went from an underwater idea to a nebula to this. Kind of fun, although it becomes really obvious that my app lacks dithering with these soft transitions. The image looks more sloppy at full resolution so you’ll have to settle for a small one.

Great work so far guys!

Oh man, Creeto, that’s just not right! :banghead: …looks beautiful.

Drpetter, man, I love that one very much, too! A while ago I did a few space scribbles, hoping to capture a certain feel that you totally pulled off there.

Arabesque, way to come in with a splash! Beautiful painting.:arteest:

Staytrue… honestly? At least post a very, very tiny version of it, then… sort of phone size! :surprised …but it is cute.

Not like my doodle stays with the bar here, so I’m grateful for staytrue after all, but here it is…

Weeee, you’re lifting up my spirit, that’s totally welcome! THANK YOU!
I’m so in a weird space these days, I’m getting on my own nerves with this strange lack of drive. I really enjoy such a nice push, as pathetic as I sound… …happier already!

Taron: Thanks! Well, in the realm of gassy clouds my app does come through with some nice direct controllability that makes it pretty enjoyable to work with. Not sure if your fluids are a natural fit for such large-scale features since they rarely show obvious viscosity, however you can always turn it off and make a soft airbrush, right?

I love the red splatters around the edges of that blue guy! They look so much like blood dripped into a water tank, even to the point that the water itself has been dyed from a lot of prior dissolved blood that just left this yellow tint behind.

Finally, I can use this post as an excuse to compliment on arabeske-art’s image which didn’t show up when I was first posting mine. It’s really pretty and uplifting! I love the gesture of the brush hand and how it somehow feels like she’s paying gentle attention to her stroke. There’s a clear gaze despite not seeing her face at all. I hope you stick around for some other sketching themes!

arabeske-art, wow! Really great first entry!

I was really empty on ideas… so I painted (tried atleast) the blue house what I can see from my kitchen window.
