You need to check the descriptions on the Vimeo page, you have a lot of typos and mis-capitalized words. Employers notice that kind of thing, attention to detail is crucial.

Your blog needs more work. One, get off Deviant, it looks too “hobby”, and register a domain name, and build your own site. Joomla and Wordpress are the easier Content Management Systems to start with, they’ll run the backend for you, all you have to worry about is the design. You also need to clean the site up - descriptions are needed, possibly some text to explain what the viewer is looking at, and would it hurt to title the site with your name? :slight_smile:

This is important stuff, your site needs to be clean, show attention to detail, not distract from your art, and be easy to navigate. Your blog feels scattered, unorganized, and incomplete.

I’m redoing my site right now, and I’m using white backgrounds, and shades of grey for the text. I’m writing mine from scratch, but I have experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript/jQuery. Simple is best.

You can also make turntable animations, to post on your site. I know you can use QUicktimeVR, and I think Flash as well.

I would suggest a less aggressive and loud music for your reel. Personal preference, it’s distracting.
