After 10 years development RealtimeUK is ready for its next big change. Later this year we will be moving to our new facility, Willows Farm Studios which consists of 2 large barn conversions in the middle of the Lancashire countryside. Our new Studios are being built from our artists own designs to ensure they are working in the best environment possible.
After many years of building upon our knowledge and experience we are now working on some of the most exciting animations in the industry. The combination of the development within our company, our client base, our projects and now our new studios has generated the need for additional high quality CG artists to join our team.
We seek highly creative and capable Digital Artists to work on high-end CG projects within the entertainment and automotive industry:
We currently have vacancies for people with proven skills in 4 key areas:
- High-end character creation including rigging and hair systems
- High-end vehicle based animation, visual effects and post
- High-end character animation
- Texture creation and Matte Painting
N.B. At this time we are only looking for individuals capable of delivering the very highest standards of image quality
we request that your showreel demonstrates one or more of the disciplines we require (character creation, vehicle animation, character animation or matte painting). Please ensure your showreel states which specialist area it demonstrates.
Candidates should:
· Be able to demonstrate a high quality portfolio/showreel (junior positions not available at this time).
· Be reliable with a proven track record.
· Be motivated, self-disciplined, and able to take a shot from start to finish.
· Have proven knowledge of and experience animating with 3DS Max.
Good communication and organisational skills are essential.
All round skills in modelling, texturing, lighting and animation are highly desired.
You would be required to work in-house at our UK studios in Lancashire and be part of a highly experienced and talented team working on exciting, high quality projects for forward thinking clients.
In return, we offer a competitive remuneration package in an established company where job satisfaction is key. The role is 37.5 hours per week but we offer a flexible start/finish policy. The position may on occasion require overtime to meet clients needs, but any overtime would be paid.
