Cebas Final Render Shaders

I have installed the new Final Render Shaders for 3ds Max 2010. For some weird reason the chm file or better known as the help file is missing. I installed the complete Cebas Bundle and everything was intact except for the FR Shaders.
I search everywhere for the chm file to put it where it belongs and it does not appear in any search, so assume it never was installed.
I have wrote Cebas to ask about the file with no response. Is anyone else experiencing this problem and if so have you fixed it yet?

I have gone to the Cebas Forums and recieved no response for several days now. Thanks for the idea though hopefully someone here has an answer.

In the new fS update for max 2010 there is no help file included, if you read in cebas customers download area for the file, it says that the file isn´t included and that you should use the “older” one due it´s the same.

I wrote Cebas Support and the fine people there actually sent me the update with the help files included.
They were very professional and helpful and I now have a complete FR Shaders for Max 2010, and might I add a very fine asset for rendering as well.
