What filter could I use to combine both 3D and Live footage to give a semi-cartoon look to my footage. I am attemtping to do this in order to combine my footage together in a manner that won’t betray the lack of time put into my Mattes and scenes. Sadly I only had about 2 weeks to make 4 scenes after having been out of 3-D practice for a year.

I don’t know a filter in combustion without plugins to do that.
But you could export the merged frames to photoshop and apply the “Artistic> Cutout Filter”
via an action. For black outlines “Find Edges” and “Invert” may work in combustion.
