Can't import sequence file in C4, Please help

Hi there I need help from you guys here. I render out my animation into targa sequence. But when I try to import the footage from C4, the thumbnail showing the sequence file is corupted. Funny thing is when i uncheck the collapse button. Individually they look ok. What would be the cause of it? How can i resolve this problem?
BTW I’m using MAX7.5.

i had this recently when one of the maya renders were 30 fps and i was trying to import it into a 25 fps comp. may not be your problem, but check your maya render settings.
