Camera Tracking help (PFTrack)

Ok, so I shot some footage with my Iphone 4 (720p 24fps). I want to track the camera and composite some 3d in Softimage. *I put some markers in the shot to track.

I am using Pftrack. *I manually tracked a couple of spots including the markers. *I ran the autotrack and deleted the bad tracKs. *Everything looks good up to this point. *I used the estimate focal length tool, and solved for the cam. *The grid seems to be in the right spot. *But when I put down some test geo, it seems a jittery. *Any ideas? *I can post some vids later if that would help.

I think we are going to need to see some video on this. The iPhone has awful rolling shutter so that might kill your track, or you might need to refine your solution or tracks. Can you post what your original video looks like and what it looks like with markers?
