c++ programming

i am an amateur lightwave user.
i just finished writing my first script, it is called chamfer maker.
it can be dowloaded from flay.com main page.
it creats a chamfer poly for a single corner of a single polygon.
it was written with lightwave script. i was wondering were can i find technical information regarding writing c++ plugins for lightwave?
