Hi, Im wondering how I can apply pressure sensetivity (using intuos3) to the opacity on the dodge and burn tool in photoshop CS3? I tried to go into brush settings - other dynamics but opacity jitter is greyed out so I cannot change any of those settings. Surely there’s a way of doing this?

Doesn’t exposure have the same effect with burn and dodge that opacity has for brushes? You can set exposure to be pressure sensitive.

The settings you can manipulate for burn is “exposure” - opacity is irrelevant because you are using it on an existing image/pixels. IDK why - I’m assuming it’s because of what it is really.
It would help if we knew what effect you were going for.
Sometimes using the regular paintbrush and modifying which mode it is using is just as effective as dodge/burn. I usually use multiply where burn would be used and screen where dodge would be used.
